SFL recognised at the BREEAM Awards 2017
At the BREEAM Awards 2017 ceremony held in London on 7 March 2017, SFL received the Corporate Investment in Responsible Real Estate Award, which recognises companies' commitment to sustainable real estate and the achievement of performance targets by having their asset portfolios environmentally certified and rated.
After winning the 2015 BREEAM Award in the "BREEAM Offices In-Use" category for the Washington Plaza business centre, SFL is now being recognised by BREEAM and GRESB for its long-term commitment to the responsible management of its portfolio.
Having its entire portfolio certified BREEAM with a minimum level of "Very Good" highlights the commitment of SFL's teams to Corporate Social Responsibility and to building an optimal work environment that boosts its clients' overall performance.
The BREEAM Awards recognise the best certified buildings in 2016 across the world. This year BREEAM partnered with GRESB, which assesses the ESG performance of real estate assets globally.
