Located in the heart of Paris' 8th arrondissement, SFL's Cézanne Saint-Honoré building has been revamped with a new user services centre.

Located in the heart of Paris' 8th arrondissement, SFL's Cézanne Saint-Honoré building has been revamped with a new user services centre. The refit, which was designed by Studio Putman and inspired by hotel themes, features a dining area with an innovative MamieCocotte© food concept, a smart business centre complete with a 100-seater auditorium, meeting rooms, a VIP lounge and a concierge service.

 

Thanks to this move upmarket, in July 2016 SFL signed a lease with a leading property developer for a surface area of 2,600 sq.m. (including a 200 sq.m. terrace) at €750/sq.m. SFL was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.

 

The Cézanne Saint-Honoré business centre offers 24,000 sq.m. of smart office space across vast floor plates of around 1,800 sq.m, and the entire building boasts a Very Good rating under the BREEAM In-Use certification (Asset & Building Management). The remaining surface area of around 5,000 sq.m. will be delivered in November 2016 following extensive renovation work.
